You’re not just hiring a tech. You’re getting your own personal IT concierge — a local expert who takes time to fix things right, protect your data, and explain everything clearly. This rate reflects the value of professional support delivered at your door. 🕒 Billing & Policies One-hour minimum per on-site visit. Time is billed when service is complete, based on the actual work performed. If additional time is required, billing automatically adjusts to the next time block or in 30-minute increments. If you’re not sure how much time you’ll need, you can always book the minimum (1 hour) — the final bill will be determined after the work is completed. Parts, hardware, and software licenses are not included in the hourly rate. Any additional costs will be confirmed with the client before purchase, and the client is responsible for those expenses. Payment is due at the end of the appointment.
